If you can get this 2-CD set it is worth it.......2007-03-16

One CD has five meditations all spoken with background instrumental music. The second CD just has the instrumental. When used in the morning and evening or while doing daily chores this CD set trains the mind to find solutions or generate ideas. The spoken meditations were short which was a surprise but otherwise this is another excellent intuitive tool.

A wonderful continuation of The Healing Circle CD.......2007-03-12

For those who already have a copy of Laura Day's previous CD, this is a wonderful new tool to add to an intuitive toolkit. Disk 1 has five tracks that are spoken narrations of re-developing our intuitive and subconscious faculties towards the destiny we choose to create and work towards with our energy. Disk 2 is instrumental acoustics designed to complement and reinforce the pratices on the first disk. A continuation of Day's method of changing energy patterns to support conscious intentions.

One of My Favorites.......2006-11-23

a casual purchase in a 'new agish' shop, possibly in Des Moines, many years ago, this has become one of my favorite recordings. i have it at work and play it often when i need to feel awake, inspired or just need a general spirit lift. gangs of fun. i wish i could put loudspeakers outside my tiny library office and watch the people spontaneously burst into dance!

This meditation was developed by the Mystic Osho, also know as Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh. It is a very compassionate contribution to anyone who desires to be free!
It was recorded in India at his ashram in the late 60's and has helped thousands of people to transform their negative emotions into celebration and awareness. I have used this hundreds of times in my life and I can tell you that if you are reading this you have done well! If you truely wish to heal yourself and let go of all the crap that has been dumped on you from many sources
this is the meditation that will help you.
It is an active meditation which means that it is quite physical. You will need privacy to do it, but do it totally and you'll never be the same again!
Osho recommends that you do it for 3 days in a row, and always do it at sunrise as this is when the energy of the cosmos is rising and will help you.
