I am a psychotherapist who suggests this particular CD to many of my clients to promote the relaxation response and to help with insomnia. I regularly use it myself and have found the results very beneficial. Regular use seems to enhance its effects.

Not boring, keeps your mind focused.......2004-12-29

I am a licensed massage therapist and actually grew up on heavy metal, so I am always looking for something that has enough going on to keep my focus to the moment & client, not worries outside the room. Enigma was my first love & the first CD I play during my sessions pull out people's stress through the deep drums. This CD I always use second, it's not soft or boring, the bowls really grab your attention and the singing keeps it. Most of my clients and myself will meditate easily with this music, without even trying. Almost all of my clients (most are male no less) love it, always ask where to buy it.

"Ah, the Healing Voice" is truly gorgeous. Beautifully produced, listen to it with headphones to get the full, enveloping effect of this wonderful music which will take you to the core of your being. Excellent for healers in all areas.

This music on this CD is some of the most beautiful I have heard in years. It will take the listener to that other "place" that so many strive for when listening to "new age" music. Great for massage, reiki, and meditation!
