Heard 2 tracks on soundscapes and was hooked.

Every song blends in perfectly to the next. This is THE best relaxtion CD in my collection, even beating Liquid Mind's Serenity, which for me, is saying a lot!

Has the bell every 3 minutes for relaxation/practitioners. It also is super mellow and relaxing for people who listen to it in his hot tub (me!)

I recommend it, You need it, Go buy it!

Music to facilitate a healing trance..........2003-07-27

This is a nice album of music designed for Reiki healing. It has a steady, flowing rhythm that lulls you into a relaxed, trance-like state. This music is ideal for its intended purpose, although I would not use it for general listening or background ambience. I have used it many times during Reiki healing groups and have found it suitable for myself and pleasant to participants.

It's just not a good idea to buy reiki music. It's makes you believe that it helps and relaxes, but in realety it is made for weak minds...

One of the Best Reiki CDs.......2002-03-28

This is a great Reiki CD. Each peice is a bit different and the music clearly follows the ebb and flow of a Reiki treatment. There is even a 3 minute bell that sounds very gently and un-obtrusively for the practitioner should they choose to change hand positions at 3 minute intervals. As a Reiki Master, I recommend this to anyone new to Reiki and not so new as well as for anyone into meditation, massage or other body work and yoga.

It is very hard to find a Reiki cd that sets just the right mood, this one does it. I have several Reiki cd's and I always seem to go back to this one.

Music the HEALS.......2002-05-25

This music reverberates beautiful tones that actually, when you listen closely, vibrate in frequency. It's not the kind of music that will put you to sleep (though it does help in that department) but rather one that places your mind in a beautiful bliss. I often play this music around the house even when I'm not performing Reiki on clients and I find that the energy in my house changes. I think that the frquencies coming from the music have a very strong healing effect. When played, the music changes the enviroment into a spiritual bliss and actually does some sort of healing to you and those who listen to it...

Reiki Or Not, It's A Must Have.......2001-10-09

From a purely musical standpoint, this elegant CD stands with the very best ambient/electroacoustic CDs. Nik Tyndall's synth beds are the perfect foundation for the improvisations of Anuvida on his kiboe, a homemade, 48-stringed zither-like instrument. The music is comparable to Laraaji's, although with less processing on the kiboe then Laraaji uses on his zither. The five tracks flow into each other so smoothly that I don't think of them as discrete pieces. Likewise, the three-minute bell is so subtle, and blends in so well, that it can likewise be appreciated simply on its musical merit. Other Reiki CDs which can also be appreciated simply for musical worth are the follow up to this CD by Anuvida & Nik Tyndall, "Reiki, Touch Of Love," "Reiki Offering" by Shastro and Nadama, "Celestial Reiki" by Jonathan Goldman and Laraaji, and "Cho Ku Rei" and "Sei He Ki" by Weave. been playing this album for years and definitely one of the better Reiki CD around. Tonal quality created by Anuvida instrument (kiboe) is unique - sounds like a cross between harp+guitar+mandolin Track 1: Point of departure - simply relaxing Track 2: Empty Sky - very rhythmic and perfect for meditative & breathing exercises (reiki or otherwise) Track 3: Circle of Light - faster than #2 but equally rhythmic, excellent for bodywork

May the Light of Reiki generated by this album be shared by everyone.

"Reiki - Healing Hands", from Anuvida & Nik Tyndall, is a very relaxing soundtrack for Reiki practice. For me, a Reiki beginner, it's specially good because of the gentle sound of a bell that is heard every three minutes - a subtle remind to change hands position.
