As a psychotherapist who works in the area of complementary therapies, I've used this CD to assist people in balancing their chakras and energy fields. By sitting quietly and allowing the tones to flow over you, your energy field will be balanced. Your meditation will also be assisted by this CD.

The tones are according to the information provided by Edgar Cayce, the sleeping prophet. If you study his work you will especially enjoy Jim Commander's CD. If you are a therapist working with the chakras and energy field, you will find this CD very helpful for your clients.

Know that this CD consists of tones calibrated to each chakra. It does not have a melody.
