This new Monterrey-based outfit, led by fresh-faced brunette singer Zayda, who sounds like a cross between Grupo Limite's Alicia Villarreal and soap-opera actress-singer Patricia Navidad, offers zesty cumbias and soft ballads, all propelled by keyboards or the trusty accordion. Hot points include "De Contrabando," a sad, brooding tale of unrequited love from the sancha's (mistress's) perspective. Zayda delivers the right balance of angry growls and plaintive tones. Ditto for "Déjala o Déjame," where our heroine first implores, then threatens, her two-timing lover to make up his mind. This is the torchy stuff into which Zayda injects identifiable vocals--something she needs to increase in order to stand out from the herd. --Ramiro Burr

Este Cd. esta bueno especialmente las canciones, Como Mariposa y Tu, Solamente Tu. Todas las canciones pegan hasta el corazon. No importa en que situacion de amor estes.

I have listened to this album, and it's just great all the songs are nice, but I specially enjoy "Amor illegal", and "Atrevete" This group is the best!
