the best "a capela" you'll listen.......2005-02-21

"Concierto para una voz" is a love song. Doesn't matter if you don't understand Spanish. There is around 90 seconds of "a capela" that would make you think that this CD is worth the price only for this song. I haven't heard such a voice ever in my life. The reach of Tania's voice in this song can't be compare to anybody else. Do yourself a favor. Buy the CD, listen to "Concierto para una voz" and calm me a liar if I exagerate a little bit. My friend (girl) almost cry while listening.

Peruvian born but based in Mexico you will be thrilled to hear this young woman's magnificent voice. Singing everything from Opera's most lovely arias to soul churning Boleros this person deserves some promotion here in North America. The material, the musicians, the arrangements, and that voice! Grab all her stuff where ever you can find it.
