Amazon.com Product Description
With the RCA RP3765 AM/FM Dual Wake Clock Radio with Remote Control, not only can you wake to an alarm or your favorite CD or radio station, but you can also wake up to your favorite television broadcast or weather station. A unique one-touch instant weather function also allows you to get the weather, on demand, whenever you want.
Digital tuning, 11 AM/FM presets, and a high performance system with bass reflex speakers means that your favorite radio station, at high-performance sounds, is just a button away. A motorize CD door system provides for smooth and easy access to your favorite CD. Best of all, the RCA RP3765 runs on a unique ASIC chip, in which three features are combined to make life a little bit easier for you and yours. The Graduwake Ramp-Up Alarm gradually increases the volume of the alarm as you wake up; a "nap" function allows you to take a refreshing cat nap without fear of sleeping all afternoon, and a programmable snooze feature means you can sleep for up to an extra two hours after your alarm initially wakes you up. A large, backlit 1.25-inch display for easy readability rounds out the features of this outstanding CD clock radio.

Customer Reviews:
Worst clock radio I have ever had.......2007-03-10
The CD door does not open/close properly and makes a horrible and incessant clicking sound. I would have returned it but I thought my toddler messed up the door by pulling on it. But I have since heard that others have had same problem - even the store display had a problem with the door. Also, snooze button is hard to find. Not user friendly clock/radio.
Did not even last TWO DAYS!.......2007-01-16
The radio fizzled out completely within two days. It was unfixable. I was lazy and did not return it, thinking I have other radios to listen to, and I could just keep it for the CD player. The sound quality got considerably worse over the next few months, and by six months it was unusable. THEN, the thing just froze up altogether--buttons would not work, CD door would not work. Just horrible and maddening, especially as it was $60 with no bells and whistles, just a CD player and (crappy) radio--and a CD door that makes a hideous noise and looks like it will fall off its hinge (which it probably would have, had it lasted another month.) I'll never buy another RCA anything again. You can find other brands that are decent for the same price, and which also support Mp3. Do not support RCA in making ridiculous products like this. Spend your money elsewhere.
Shame on RCA for such a poor product!.......2006-12-21
My radio is about six months old and has exhibited all the worst symptoms described by the other reviewers. The worst of it was the slow, loud ratcheting noise the CD door would make as it closed over the CD. It was intermittent from the very first but last night it did it every time I tried to play a CD and then it clicked intermittently even without a CD loaded.
Shame on RCA, indeed! This is not a problem of quality control, it's a problem of design. The product should have been pulled from sales until the engineering problems were fixed!
While I liked the features in general I have to add that the ergonomics are poor. Particularly troubling is the fact that the alarm-off button is the same size as the five other buttons on the bottom row and spaced at the same distance. In other words, it's not easy to find the off button when the alarm sounds in the morning.
This is clearly a CD-clock radio to AVOID. Based on the reviews you're much more likely to get a lemon than if you bought something else. C'mon RCA, c'mon Target, c'mon Amazon, do right by your customers!
Ditto, ditto, ditto.......2006-10-30
My husband purchased two of these pieces of junk because he got a "good deal". The first one had problems with the CD door clicking off the bat so I stopped using the cd player. The rest of it worked for about a year and one day everything on the display lit up and froze. Since it was too late to return it, I thought I'd try the other one. It only took two weeks and the display on that one froze as well. I wrote to RCA and they were of no help at all.
RCA please pull this defective product.......2006-08-18
I wish I had checked for online feedback before I purchased this clock radio. I bought it for my office because it looked cool and streamlined and had nice features. What a major disappointment and waste of money. From the beginning it wouldn't play about 1/4 of my CDs, some it wouldnt even recognize as a CD, some it had skips all over the place, even on brand new CDs. The last few weeks at least 1/2 my CDs wouldn't play. I puchased it less than 4 months ago, and as of yesterday the CD player doesn't work at all. RCA should just recall or discontinue this model. Doesn't RCA have any quality control?? You've been warned.
