Very Good Screen , Very Nice!.......2007-01-16

well i bought 5 lilliputs LCD/TV's for my car, and all are working very good. Just 1 Screen came with 2two pixels dead, :P im sad for that, i guess that the Seller VIVITEQ should test the LCD/TV before to send it , cause im im latin america. and is not a deal send it back for change :P, afther all that , the screen its very GOOD. very Bright, The Speacker Built In is very louder :D, and the remote control should be more resistent. i recommend this LCD/Tv for your car ! Sorry About my Bad English :P

Could be better for the price.......2007-01-10

For the price you could buy 20inch widescreen. I've had it for about 5 months now and the color is starting to fade. Sometimes the whole screen turns purple or pink. The touchscreen works great, after the detailed calibration it's awesome. There is too much glare in the sun, it would be nice if they could put some transflective technology into it. Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5.

Some pluses, some mininus........2007-04-19

Pros:
1. Cost (compared to Tote Vision & Marshall Electronics)
2. Sturdy stand
3. Improved connector (but see below)
4. PC input (don't know why/how you could really use it)
5. Less backlight leakage over the older 809
6. Better menu over the 809

Cons:
1. Older 809 model had a better picture; sharper and brighter (brighter backlight)
2. Connector dongle very fragile. Better if inputs are on the set itself
3. Color level needs to be almost at the max position.
4. Easy to overdrive the screen and clip whites. Limits how bright the image can be. (not so with the 809).
