xxl is horrible.......2005-11-23

This magazine fell apart so quick. They are no longer a unbias magazine. Instead they are a Interscope propaganda machine. Just look at the covers? Every year Shady/G-Unit gets a automatic 8 covers. Every album from that camp gets automatic XXL and XL ratings. Even the horrible Tony Yayo album got a XL maybe the most disgraful rating I've ever seen in hip hop. As a hip hop reader I can never take anything they write serious because they are tainted and corrupt. I suggest you search else where if you want a good hip hop mag.

Now that I got that out the way let's talk about the album. The first thing that slaps you in the face when you look at the tracklisting is how the first 5 songs are all Shady/G-Unit. They didn't even try to hide their bias alliance. Even doing the criminally insane by putting the dreadful Yayo on the album as if that guy deserves to be on a Hits album. This album is a Shady/G-Unit promotion album rather then a hip hop hits album. Shame on you XXL you have no love for hip hop and no integrity. I don't see this selling because people are getting sick of XXL's grimey actions and the fans of G-Unit all ready own the albums and have these songs so I don't see them wasting 12.99 on this.
