Good stuff.......2006-11-10

I would give this CD 4.5 stars out of 5. A really good compilation of songs, including some that are hard to find (O-O-H Child) and some that I had forgetten about (Gimme Little Sign). The only thing negative I would say about this CD is that a couple of songs in particular - I Still Believe and the medly by Will To Power - realy don't seem to fit with the rest of the songs. But overall, it's a good bang for the buck. There's a little something for everybody on this one.

Great Music but something was missing.........2004-03-07

I enjoyed this one but something was lacking in the Smooth Department great Cd for breakfast, and dinners but if you're looking for bumpin and smooth sounds it's ok but not awesome !!

Good mix of different genres.......2004-03-02

I have a soft spot for music from the San Francisco bay area because I lived there for a period of my life and enjoyed the musical diversity. So when I was asked to evaluate this CD, I was more than happy to oblige. The CD does exactly what the title says, it cruises down a musical highway bringing all sorts of different music formats together onto this recording. I personally enjoyed the tracks, "My Only One" with nice vocals from Joy de Leon, "Sorry Saddness", with a cool latin jazz flavor and the Carlos Santana-influenced guitar on the track, "Sirguado". Though I didn't care for the Hip-Hop style on the track, "Relay the Message", Ferdinand and company still do a good job keeping the music together on the rest of this entertaining album. Recommended!!

This is a very verisatile collection of trax that truly shows Laz's talent. It goes from hardcore bass to smooth hip-hop, rap and crazy latin! An album worth buyin, the different styles make it easy to listen to all the way through.

This is one of my favorite cd's and if you like spanish rap/dance it's perfect. It's got a lot of good songs on it, like Sabrosura, and its a really good cd to play at parties.

I don't like rap, or hip-hop. But that is what this album is, a mixture of rap, hip-hop, salsa, and dance. I love tracks you can dance to, and a lot of these have a good beat, namely Sabrosura and Negra Chula. This CD is good for anyone who likes any type of music in DJ Laz's mixture. Surely, for combining all these different types of music and pulling them off, is what makes DJ Laz such a talented performer. He also has the ability to appeal to such a wide range of audiences. If you buy this CD, you are sure to be pleased. This album is definetly Cruzin'.
