worth buying for Sharissa's songs.......2002-07-12

I'm not much of a rap fan, and this album is mostly rap. However there are 3 songs (tracks 4, 9 & 19)here by R&B newcomer Sharissa, which makes the album worth buying for the R&B fan like me. Track 4, "Henchmen G's" especially is the bomb. I haven't heard this kind of raw hip hop energy in an R&B tune since the 90's. Sharissa's got real street attitude, and can sing her face off. She does have a solo album out, but she doesn't quite deliver the goods on it as she does here.
