Customer Reviews:
real underground Hip Hop.......2006-09-28
One of the best underground hh album like it should always sound!
Nothing worth raving about.......2005-02-10
This is an example of MC's who are confused. Some tracks come correct, others are just plain wack. I love most of the beats, that's why I even gave it a 3 star rating. The beats have some of that early to mid 90's jazz flavor, but man, some of the content in the rhymes are forgetable. F**king B**ches, get money, I heard the same things on more than one tracks. I don't know why, considering some of the singles they put out and also some of their collabs they've done, they've come correct. This, about a handfull of songs are good, the rest, at least the beats sound nice. Cop this if your a hardcore underground head and support the underground. If not, you may want to forget it.
Cella or Not.......2004-12-07
This album has it's strong points "We Got It Hemmed" one of the strong points. Yet it lacks on anything making it a classiic must have. It's average the rhymes have fravor but are watered down by there mono toned voices. If you want some old underground eastcoast frav buy it if your starting you collection now it should miss your playlist for a long time.
that real hip hop.......2000-10-07
phat for real. if u like that underground sound u like cella dwellas. i like the beats alot and they got rhyme-skillz too. I think their new album could be out pretty soon too. They are some of my favourite artists.
its a perfect match.......1999-08-06
yo it is dope, This album is pure dynasty. Ug and Phantasm r a perfect match. They r the 2 dope emcees from Brooklyn who found each other at another dope freestyle in the infamous Lyricist Lounge. Cop this album if u like NY underground. IM out. Peace 1 luv
