5 out of 5 stars OFFICAL HIP-HOP REVIEWER.......2006-12-14

Well hello there all you lovely, crazy hip-hop fans.

just had a quick read through the reviews, and i'd like to quickly comment on the review below mine dre and eminem.. .. .. .. i'd realy ike to shake that guys hand.
after all this new stuff has come out it does seem to apear that hip-hop is turning into what i call hip-pop. it's losing that old style basic beat with great lyrics, that hardcore basic hip-hop music like "ONYX, THROW YA GUNZ IN THE AIR" That has a simple beat with good lyrics, but this album brings back a little hope that its not all turning WALT DISNEY before are very eyes, that there is still a bit of hardcore music still to come from the hip hop world.

now if your a big fan of the aftermath record lable and any1 whos with dr dre or ever been seen with dr dre (well nearly any1 who's looked at the man) will not like this album, there a a number of hardcore artist's who realy do not like dre and from listening to the album want to see him 6feet under with the worms. im not a big fan of dre but i do apprecaite what he's done for the hip-hop industry and a lot of people dont like the man and say death rows the best but please be aware that it was dre who realy started death row records and with out his "the cronic" album which was the first album to come out on the lable death row wouldn't be here and 2pac would of not had the change to make great albums for us.

if your like me and just like the music and dont realy care who the "beefs" aimed at as long as the musics good then this albums a great must have in the collection, if you like "KURUPT" AND MOST OF HIS ALBUMS PLEASE BUY THIS ALBUM BECAUSE YOU'LL LOVE IT.
there are great lyrics in alot of the songs and funky as well as dark beats. please dont forget that this is probably the best "dis" album iv heard, and its mostly about dre (and iv heard a lot of "dis" song/albums) so if you realy love dre, DONT BUY IT.

5 out of 5 stars AN ALBUM TRULY KEEPIN IT GANGSTA!!!.......2005-06-15

A great album from a once great record label...now we get the fake rappers such as 50, eminem and snoop dog. Anyway this album comprises of everything that made death row good. Its got the 2pac songs....real rappers heavy beats and got good artists to feature such as ja rule(even if he aint real and does b*tch songs) and the ruff ryders. Possibly one of the best modern disses along with Ether by Nas on this album. F**K Dre, funny intro and a very clear message 'motherf**k Snoop and NWA, Death row cud give a F**K about Dre.
Does contain a few weak songs such as 'Gangsta'd out' but about 14 good songs, well worth the money.
best 3:
1) Thug Nature - Tupac
2) F**k Dre - Tha Realest, Swoop G, Twista & Lil C Stle
3) Gangsta Rap - Crooked I, Trench & Scarface

4 out of 5 stars Pretty solid comp........2004-12-28

For the most part this album is bangin. Definetly better than Suges last compilation. Production is tight and most of the kats spittin do a decent job. Some new booties and some old skool G's and plenty of underground west koast rappers.I think all of its listenable with the exception of "F*** Hollywood". The song is just korny and weak. He speaks the truth but it just aint put together good. The best song by far is "The Projects", Keita Rock krushes this track, this dudes bangin. The Relativez bang on dat punk Daz, and Crooked I and Swoop G give memorable performances. Overall Striktly for tha gangstas

5 out of 5 stars Great Compliation.......2004-11-12

Suge Knight releases a great compilation with some of the new and big names (Crooked I, Relativez, etc.) on the west as well as some O.G.'s too (2Pac, Above the Law, Dresta, CJ Mac, etc.) and a few big names from the south and east (Scarface, Tha Realest, LOX, Ja Rule, Treach). Although it sold horribly, it is a great album and has some great production. As on all tha Row's albums, they aren't hesitant to dis people either and they have their fair share of disses on here as well as letters on the inside from Snoop & Daz getting on them 2. Highly recommended for west coast gangsta rap fans.

#2 - 8 (2Pac - also remixed and put on "Better Dayz")
#3 - 10 (classic remake of Doog Pound's song by the same name - Crooked I, Scarface, Treach - GREAT beat)
#4 - 9 (CJ Mac - disses Dre, Hittman, Eminem)
#5 - 10 (classic by Above the Law {Cold 187 um & KMG}- great relaxed funky beat)
#6 - 8 (tha Realest - gets on Will smith, eric benet, janet jacklson, halle berry, and a few others in Hollywood)
#7 - 8 (Ja Rule, Caddillac tah, black child, 0-1, vita - remake of Dogg Pounds "Dogg Pound 4 Life")
#8 - 8.5 (LOX - Jadakiss, Styles, Sheek)
#9 - 8.5 (Realest, Swoop G, Lil C-Style, Twista - disses Dre, Eminem, Alize, and a few otehrs)
#10 - 7.5 (2Pac - remixed and put on "Better Dayz" as well)
#11 - 9 (Crooked I)
#12 - 9 (Swoop G, Keita Rock, Juice)
#13 - 8.5 (K-9 - dis to Eminem on the intro)
#14 - 10 (classic track w/ a GREAT beat by Dresta)
#15 - 9 (Mac-Shawn - disses snoop on intro)
#16 - 6.5 (GP - only real skippable song on here - it's still ok)
#17 - 9 (Relativez {Big Wy & Suga Buga}, Nuttz - disses Daz on intro)
#18 - 8.5 (Dresta & Young Hoggz)
