Hilarious and Well Done.......2007-04-03

Simply hilarious and great rap album from the "Golden Years" of hip-hop. Redman's solo debut is one of the best of it's era and is at the top of the heap along with Dr. Dre's The Chronic, Ice Cube's Death Certificate, Cypress Hill's [i]Cypress Hill, Wu-Tang Clan's Enter The Wu-Tang. Absolutely essential to any rap fan's collection. You won't be disappointed!

i do not care about what any of the other reviwers think, this is the best redman album period!!!! DARE IS A DARKSIDE is a close second for me. on this album, redman's flow is the sharpest. once agin, DARE IS A DARKSIDE comes a close second. my fave on here is RATED "R" because of the wonderful use of james brown's SOUL POWER. all the other joints are lovely as well. this makes me wonder where the lovebug redman is. i hope he comes out with some raw material soon.

Classic Material from Funk Doc & The Green Eyed Bandit..............2006-11-18

After coming off on Hardcore and The HeadBanger, Red dropped this classic back in the fall of 92. E based the production on samples from the George Clinton/P-Funk, Gap Band, Guy and others. Red comes with the ruff and rugged and some what humorous flow on here.

This joint was late coming out due to the EPMD breakup. All is forgiven now.

Whut? Thee Album was better than any Solo effort from E-double. It hurts me to admit that becuase I am a huge fan of erick sermon, but I have to say it. I consider Reggie on the TOP TEN LIST. He (in my opinion) is one of Hip Hops Finest Lyricists!!! Everything about this record was good. His creativitly & humor, hardcore raps, etc. You all really should include this in your next purchase. High Quality Hip Hop Material, NO FILLER what-so-ever. A+

if u like all that underground stuff this is the CD for you all the songs on disc 1(regular verson) and disc 2 (chopped and screwed) are tight this is deffently not a disappointment i wanna holla at that chamillionaire and rapid ric and give hell of phraise cause this cd is da bomb

This is a dual disc release from Rapid Ric - The Mixtape Mechanic with the second volume Whut It Dew 2. The first disc contains 40 songs as the second disc is chopped by OG Ron C of the regular disc. This is mostly compiled from Houston, Texas artists both signed and underground, but it's all Texas represented. There are a few premiers and exclusives like "Twanks Or Swangs", "In These Streets", "Country Boy" and "Catch Me In The Lot". It even contains the Texas Remix to "Incredible Feelin" for that Down South feel. Bun B and Killa Kyleon shined the brightest on here and shows skills from them both. This is a solid mixtape and collaboration.

Great Mix CD.......2005-12-15

This is a great cd! As far as mixes go, these tracks are mixed masterfully and the sound flow is excellent. The chopped and screwed version of this cd are the best part, much better than the regular version.
