FYI, for anyone reading these customer reviews, Peanut Butter Wolf is NOT an emcee, as these other reviewers state. He is a producer and DJ.

4 out of 5 stars Nice, if you enjoy Rasco.......2001-03-17

I stumbled upon this album just by searching Amazon and got extremely excited. Kool Keith is of my very favorite mcs. The only problem I found is that he is not on it all that much, and when he is, the songs have already been heard before (although they are excellent songs)... I also love the Cali Agents (one of my favorite duos) and they shine like a brand new penny on this. It seems as though this album was sort of a promotional stunt for Rasco, it's like a "Rasco and friends" album, but that is fine with me. Nice beats, as always, fresh lyrics, the Dialated Peoples shine, and Peanut Butter Wolf speaks lyrics of authority. You need to check this out, for hip hop's sake!

4 out of 5 stars NIIIIIIIICE!.......2001-03-16

When I first saw this listed as c.d. within the Kool Keith genre, I was very excited. The double c.d. collection as a whole is excellent, but it was a bit lacking in the Kool Keith sense. The songs that are his are on his other albums. Besides that, the double disc set is of great value (in monetary as well as substantial terms). Rasco and Planet Asia are on point, Peanut Butter Wolf throws down some of the nicest lyrics I have heard in a long time and the Dialated Peoples represent enough to be my peoples. Nice. I'm lovin life with this. Its hit after hit.
