damn this is wot im talkin about how the hell no limit made stupid money not takin anythin away from no limit and this guy didnt is past me this album along with all his others a must and i mean a must for memphis fans everyone should buy this even if you not a memphis fan you should buy this,,,, real heavy lyrics bangin beats excellent stuff from t3 check the track murder in the first degree you should here the bassline to that track it will snap your lorider in 2 gooood sh,t and a must

mann i wish i could give this cd ten stars cuz man dis cd iz just killin ne thing i've ever heard. the beats and lyrics are crazy. Tommy is the best thing 2 cum out ov memphis. him an pimpin skinn. all yall need 2 get this cd. if you like gangsta,tung twistin rap wit sum tight a$$ beats, then you want this cd.

Before I bought this cd, I had only heard one track by Tommy Wright III called "Hell On Earth" off the YSP click compilation. That song was pretty vicious, so I decided to check out GENESIS. Man, this junt is HOT! 2 cds, 24 tracks and damn near every one is off the chain. This cd is basically a collection of his best tracks from the underground tapes he and his Street Smart click put out (not the national releases, ONE THE RUN and FEEL ME BEFORE THEY KILL ME). My favorites are jams are: Killin Spree, One Man Gang pt.1, Caught U Slippin', Comin' for '94 (this one is SICK!), Me Against The World, Wanted Dead Or Alive, Runnin and Gunnin, Goin Undercover, Murder In The First and Will I Make It. U can tell Tommy is influinced by 2Pac in his rap, and in his attitude. The track "Me Against The World" is basically his version of HIT 'EM UP, Pac's infamous diss-song. In this song he rips some Memphis rappers that have dissed him as well Houston's Lil Keke and Botany Boys. I can understand why he is so hated, though cuz this man is vicious. His flows, his beats... everything is just tight. If you're a fan of Memphis rap, down south rap, horrorcore rap (i know theres a few of you out there), gangsta rap, or just good rap in general, u should give this cd a try. Its been in my car CD player 2 weeks and hasnt left yet. Bumpin.
It's Just 2 Real.......2000-06-14
Once again Tommy Wright III delivers a straight gem. This is the best underground Memphis artist out right now. I first heard about Genesis on a website called down-south.com and went out and bought the cd because he was the only artist who got a five star rating. I was not disappointed. Him and his crew's tongue-twisting lyrics and hard beats will keep you beatin' this cd for a long time. My personal favorites are Me Against the World, One Man Gang Pt. 1, Junkie Jun, Murder in the First, and Killin' Spree. Whether or not you like Memphis rap doesn't matter, I guarantee that you'll love this album and won't be able to put it down.
