5 out of 5 stars An album on point, but not pushed like it should have..........2005-08-04

This is one of the best albums I had heard back in the 95, and I would have had no idea this artist was coming out had it not been for a friend of mine.
The first track, "That Crazy Intro", is a more along the lines of a midi, but samples using the original "Legend of Zelda" song. From then on, I was intrigued and had to hear more.
I dig the whole album, and I believe Mannish and Jeckyl were ahead of their time with beats and lyrics. I don't had anything bad to say about the album or the artist, and if the album was pushed harder, I think he would still be around today doing his thing.
When I play this album, people ask me who the artist is, and when I tell them who, they ask is he new? We're going on 10 years later, and the album still rocks! Even the back of the CD has the right theme; A medicine cabinet open filled with pill bottles, and each pill bottle represents the track to a song. Original stuff, while kept simple.
If you are looking for a rare album, where the beats are where they should be, and good lyrics, I def recommend this album.
