Customer Reviews:
history in the making.......2003-06-05
if you have not heard this album, you need to pick it up. the group includes super producer dallas austin, who is best known for his work with monica, tlc, and pink. at the time the album was released,in the early 90's, the group was overlooked due to the birth of what we know now as 'gangsta rap'. it is yet another example of an artist being ahead of his time. the album has a feel good theme and the publics appeal was hardcore rap, with obsene lyrics. well its not late to add this must have to your collection. highlights on album include, lets get n.a.k.e.d.,blackpeople(a george clinton remake),hoe of my own(believe it or not a babyface produced track),and dirtroad whitegirl(a love song about an interacial relationship).so get this album today, its sure to be a collectors item. i also recommend checking out the duo damian dame.
