Outkast dont get enough credit for ATLiens. This joint dropped in 1996 at the height of the East Coast/ West Coast rap beef. They had the balls to be different but still maintained their dopeness. This joint was and still is light years ahead of the competition when it comes to artistic vision, flows and beats. Bow Down!

I have always stated that this is in my top 5 list of classic hip hop albums. In my opinion, this is Outkast's best cd. Love it.

Outkast! The best of the best, this is my fourth copy of this CD, it never gets old at all, you can put in ATLiens and just ride out all day, all night! 13th Floor/Growing Old, that's some real stuff this whole CD is real, this is when Outkast was not concerned about being politically correct or appealing to everbody i.e. the pop community. This is probably their greatest CD ever, it actually a toss up between Aquemini and this one. You will not be disappointed with this at all! This is their best works here!

This CD is tight on all levels. Beats, Lyrics, Production. It's all good. If you don't got it, pick it up. Outkast is called Outkast because they are different than other rappers, different than any artist of any genre for that matter. I don't see any of their CD's as being their best, because all their CD's are their best. It is their second CD, but it sounds like it could have been made this year. Andre paints pictures with his words, he's got an unseen imagination, and he's a true artist. Big Boi has real tight flows. Pick this up for sure, You definately wont be disappointed if you like that real rap music and have respect for creativity. ~If you like the style they got on this, Aquemini has a similar style. So get that too.~

Wow this is crazy 2 b the 1st I got from them it's very very good I like it a lot expect 1 song Decatur Psalm idk about that song but every other song is hot I never new there where so good till I just needed a new cd cuz hip-hop is ok now so I just thought about going bac in time and a friend recommend this cd it has every type of song on it so u don't need 2 switch atrtist to get a taste of different types of stories this has it all but if there is n e 1 out there who tell me which cd 2 get next please do hit me up till then I am just chilling with ATLiens

Rap music at its finest.......2004-06-19

ATLiens and Wheelz of Steel are both songs off Outkast's 2nd album, titled "ATLiens". The single, "ATLiens", has a great unworldly-sounding beat with a great hook and some super-crafty wordplay by Big Boi in the 1st verse. "Wheelz of Steel" is another great track with tag-team rhymes by Big Boi and Dre and some great scratching in the chorus. Outkast has grown lyrically since "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik" by listening to these two songs, and it definitely shows.
