NY based Bronx Uptown Manhattan bred crew of lyrical diversity & musical devistation. Supported by and comprised of genius. Tempo Opmet flowing on the tracks like butta, with a unique tone and style. "relaxing tones just like a saxaphone", dig that, with superb style of story telling like in "ghettonetics". The resulting fruit birthed from collaboration is frankly all that! The brash up in your face, yet freshingly jazzy laced beats, no doubt contributed by Melvin Gibbs massive live bass playing and friends on some tracks add to the orginality of this group. Nappy head assasin lets you just chill and glide through this smooth flava into dream land. Evil for Eternity flipped 2 ways with the remix bangin the bomb!! and "If" got another brothra Nappy Red blowin mad style and groove to this psychodelic track.Thankfully straying a safe distance from todays common comand and span of standardized hip-hop. Funky, jazzy, tipsy, ultra dope lyrical content and consiousness. A brortha true to the progression of music and where we came from. All listeners can't deny the validity of this music. Check it out!
