the Grooves here really kick start the weekend.Lakeside kept Ohio Happy with there Brand of Funk.Fantastic Voyage,Raid,Outrageous etc..this was another Great Self-Contained Band something that is Missing Badly Nowadays.Groups in Bunches¬ just one or a couple.Good Solid Musicianship here&vocals.time to kick the Grooves.

I don't know what the last reviewer is talking about, Outrageous and Raid start this live party off right! On this live CD Lakeside show just how funky they are with the previous mentioned songs and a scorching version of Fantastic Voyage!

One of the highlights of this CD is Lakesides version of the Beatles I Want To Hold Your Hand. They introduce the song 60s style and then slip into the very smooth R&B version they are known for.

Lakeside bring the funk with this live album, get it today!

Good live recording..........2000-05-05

I always love it when groups record their material live. It gives you a better sense of how dynamic and talented they can be. In general, this is a solid CD. I question the inclusion of "Outrageous" and "Raid", but no one hits a homer on every at-bat.

This is well worth getting.
