What a wonderful set of albums.Not perfect,but sincere and well done.My favorite of the 2,We Come In Peace with A Message of Love,came out on a tiny label in 85,and is a bizarre collection.There's disco(Bodyguard),funk(Breakin in the Streets),and tons of nice ballads.The only weak spot is a remake of We Gotta Have Peace(originally on Roots).Otherwise,very nice.Now,onto Take it to the Streets.Sadly,our last chance to hear Curtis produce and play guitar on an entire collection,this is a soulful collection.Although filled with synths and drum machines,it still is gorgeous.Thank you Sequel for re-issueing these wonderful records!
