Gorgeous classic Soul from one of its most underrated purveyors........2007-02-18

If you love classic Soul ballads from the 1960s-'70s waste no time in getting this gorgeous CD. This is a timeless masterpiece you'll undoubtedly love and which proves why Sly, Slick and Wicked have always maintained a loyal cult following among romantic Soul fans--although the mainstream has yet to give them their props.

This group is fantastic. Our whole family loves oldies and there is a special quality in the harmonies and vocals in this group. The lead singer has so much soul... Sonny Daye. This guy is awesome. He sings with such great feeling!!I recommend this cd to everyone!! I also recommend his other great cd "Confessin A Feeling Live". This is the original Sly Slick and Wicked Group who formed out of East L.A back in the late 60's.

A great CD from Sly, Slick and Wicked........2007-02-21

It's nothing short of shameful and appalling that this superb CD got so little radio airplay and exposure as all twelve tracks are superb. I wholeheartedly recommend it to all who love classic Soul ballads. The harmony vocals are gorgeous and mesmerizing--just check out "Special Girl", "The Day When She Needed Me", "You've Got The Makings Of A Lover" and "Somebody Please" for confirmation.

Confessin A Feeking Live- Sly Slick and Wicked.......2003-05-13

This is the original group out of East Los Angeles formed back in 1968 or 1969. This cd contains a version of "Thin Line Between Love and Hate" that is truely better than the Persuaders version.There are so many great songs on this cd and all sung with such soul and feeling. Mr. Sonny Daye..you are the best!
It also contains my all time favorite soul oldie..Confessin A Feeling Live. This cd is a classic.
