About the Artist
."Powerful… pure… penetrating… phenomenal… soothing… sincere… simply beautiful… anointed… " This is the ministry of Deborah Biddle. Truly, she presents music as ministry. Her musical offering is disciplined, yet never dull; classic, but never cold; and excellent, but never egocentric. She believes that hearts can be blessed and lives changed through the ministry of gospel music and has dedicated herself to changing lives by God's word through song.

In 2002, she has been featured on radio in Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, and Washington. She has also been featured on television and in print media in the Chicago area as well as numerous church and community events in Illinois and Wisconsin. In 2001, Deborah was featured in the Clifton Davis Christmas Variety Show. Twice, including in 2000, she was the featured artist for the American Family Insurance Chicago Metro Spring Convention.

Other events which have featured Deborah Biddle are the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Gala, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority’s Gospel Extravaganza, Milwaukee Gospel Festival, the Chicago White Sox baseball games and the Maywood, Illinois appearance of motivational speaker, Les Brown.

In addition to her role as psalmist, Deborah is a devoted wife to Rev. Lloyd Biddle and mother to Jason, 8 and Jared, 3. Her other roles include school room mother, praise team leader, women’s ministry coordinator, couples’ ministry co-director, and Sunday school student. Deborah also loves art and is an aspiring painter.

A former corporate controller, Deborah Biddle received her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1985. She went on to complete a master of business administration in accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois in 1991.

While Deborah is particularly sought after to usher in God's presence with a sincere and powerful call to worship, she provides ministry in song for a variety of christian events and gatherings while setting an atmosphere where God is worshipped, hearts are edified, and souls are drawn to the Lord.

Absolutely the BEST !.......2006-05-31

Our church choir sang a few of these songs which I loved, so I decided to order it. It is a very sweet, gentle, inspiring collection of music. Many times when you get a CD, you are fortunate to find 2-4 on there that you really like enough to play regularly. But on this one, every song is wonderful. This music is so spiritually uplifting and peaceful that you will want to play it regularly. Some if may bring some tears it is so beautiful. John Rutter has a way with this type of music. You will probably want to be giving some of these cd's away to those you love.

I had this CD on while in labor with my last child. We had a wonderful homebirth and what better then to have the spirit in our home with this music as we welcomed a brand new baby. It helped me relax and helped the birth be peaceful, calm, and spiritual.

This CD was advertised as "like new" and it was -- in fact, it was still in the plastic wrapper. I couldn't have found a better deal or quicker service. Everything was great!

The Sweetest Music.......2004-06-07

I love this CD. My family and I listened to it over and over and over again, during the last few weeks of my mother's life. It has been a comfort to me in time of sorrow. Now it brings tears every time I listen to it. This music is like loving arms around me. It touches my soul. I've given so many away, I should have bought a case of them.

I bought this CD because I had heard "My Shepherd Will Supply My Need" once and loved it. But it's just one of the many beautiful songs on this CD. I'm at a loss to describe what joy this music brings to me each time I listen to it. I carry it from house to car and back again so I can enjoy it wherever I am. I've given away several "Consider the Lilies" CD's to friends and relatives, something I've never done before. Anyone who is facing a serious challenge in life will be uplifted and comforted by this ethereal music.

From the opening title track, this CD is a blessing! It immediately prepares you for the holy Christmas season. Deborah's powerful and anointed vocals along with the smooth musical arrangements are a delight to hear. My favorite is the jazzy arrangement of O Holy Night.
