For WVU alums and fans far away from West Virginia who want to have memories of Mountaineer Field, this CD is the one to have.
Those people who have seen The Pride in action can relive those memories with this CD, while those who don't know about The Pride can see what they are about. "Hail West Virginia" is one of the best fight songs around. Every thing else on this CD is fantastic. While listening to the pre-game selections, you can imagine The Pride running out of the tunnels onto the field. This CD has always sold out in The WV Made Gift Shops along the WV Turnpike as well as Tamarack.

When I got this cd I had never really listened to the West Virginia Marching band vey much, I was just told by my parents that they used to be good. Once I listened to it I was hooked!1 It is one of the best cd's that I own and I have probably listened to it twenty times the whole way throught already. Buy this cd NOW if you want a recording of a great college maching band!!

Okay, it has the Fight Song and Country Roads which every 'eer fan needs to blast at Towers at 4am. I am biased I guess, having been in the band for several years at WVU, not in 2000. The other songs are worth a listen too. It would be a great gift for anyone who is gong to go to WVU, or former grad. It would also be great for ANY band person/ musician who loves to listen to great instrumentals. WVU has really beautiful arrangements of Copeland's Fanfare and Star Spangled Banner. And finally- LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!

Every WVU fan should own this CD! For those who are not able to attend all the games, this CD is perfect to play before you watch the Mountaineers on tv! I bought this CD for 2 songs- The Fight Song and Country Roads. I suppose all the other songs are good, but when you have Country Roads and the WVU Fight Song, why bother playing anything else? Let's go Mountaineers!
