Packs into 5 CD's a sampling of Broadway tunes from the 20's thru (almost) today, mostly from original cast recordings. Includes not just well-known hits, but also some lesser-known gems. Sound quality is first rate, booklet is informative too. Have given this as a gift to several friends with rave reviews.

Top Shelf.......2007-01-04

This is THE definitive collection of Broadway hits. I have other collections, and none of them measure up. A great deal of care was obviously taken in compiling and presenting this box set. It covers a lot of ground, starting with some long-forgotten but still very enjoyable hits from the days of yore, and finishing with present-day favorites. To the best of my knowledge, the recordings are by those who made them famous. You won't be disappointed.

I love this song I had danced it with my partners in front of the class and we think we are going to do this song in the tallent show!! It's so fun we get to wear our fathers ties, pink shirts, blue jeans, and our colorful stramers/ribbons that we all made together!!!!!

I have no idea what the rest of these people are complaining about. It's a great dance beat, simple and funny song. The fact that Six Flags has used it in their first ad campaign in over 7 years just adds to it's hilarity. The little old man dancing to it busts me up every time I'm lucky enough to catch it on the TV. Here's a clue to those of you whining that you can't stand it.... Turn the radio to another station, change the TV channel or leave the dance club that's smart enough to play this upbeat catchy tune, but for God's sake, quit whining already! No ones holding a gun to your head and making you listen.

If you were at the Olympic games last summer or were just bar hopping around the continent then chances are you heard this collection of European club singles - These were some of the biggest hits of the summer and most of them (with the exception of Kevin Lyttle) have never been released in the states. No doubt about it - this is a party album - Great quirky dance music with a european vibe - seemlessly mixed and dig that possitively goofy intro - I wont ruin it for you, but I will say that you'll laugh before you start to dance - This one's alot of fun - Party on dudes
