Woah, "dude, where's my car" doesn't even begin to explain my feeling for this CD. The keys are tight, and the guitar sound is new. I can't tell what the influence is here, but I'm not lying when I say I see billboard 100 in the future. They already have a good jump on their way, and when you consider that this is their debut album, woah, watch out man.

If there ever has been a compact disc this is definitely it! Not only is it round, but it also is flat. One side is silver and one side is black.... and there is a whole in the middle of it! After a little checking, this band is now [online] Where you can find more CDs. Good luck.

Jon Storm and the Rain sure know how to have a good time and boy does it come through in the luscious sessions! Upbeat pop-rock with great piano accents and solos, the luscious sessions is on my list of must-have and must-play. I agree with MCA rep's assessment of 'diamond in the rough'. I'm sure this isn't the last you'll hear from Jon Storm, a talented musician and songwriter!

I recommend this cd as both an MCA representative and a music lover. It's rare to find such quality on an independant label. Diamond in the rough!
