Set in the early 1980s, the film "Ted's 12" follows a prepubescent's quest to get a night alone in his parents' home. But events don't unfold quite as he anticipates, leaving him scrambling to cover his tracks and salvage his ego.

Mitch Renault produced the score, which evokes 1980s rock and new wave against a backdrop of contemporary, postmodern pop. Arms of Kismet, whose debut CD came out in 2004, contributed "My Mercurial Nature," a mischievous look at coming of age in a world of sometimes comic temptation.

Ted's 12: Original Soundtrack,Ted's 12,Wampus Multimedia,Mitch Renault scored the postmodern sitcom, Ted's 12. Arms of Kismet added the theme, "My Mercurial Nature."
