I took 13 songs that have caught my attention in the past and removed all of the parts I felt made the song sound stale after being played over and over. I looked at each track heavily and grabbed the elements I felt really defined the song - minus the vocals, of course. I then restructured those melodies to fit an ambient environment using computer-based sequencers and software synthesizers. It started out as a few experimental jazz pieces and steamrolled into an album a month later. I hope you enjoy hearing a new take on of the radio's self-defined classics.
