There are no words to describe the powerful impact of this Cd, but I'll give it a try... In my opinion, all songs on this album are emotionally sweeping masterpieces which pierce right through one's heart and soul. Each track is threaded with so much love, sorrow, longing and depth, that it leaves one stunned and moved, beyond recognition. Transcender's golden voice is pure and transcendent with gorgeously haunting deliveries, particularly on, "Down to my knees", " My Child Forever", "Lullabye In Absentia", "Human Fire", "Taken Hostage", "All this time", "Love Sanctions The Will", and "Please Break My Fall". The guitarwork and musicianship are exceptional within each piece, blended with sublime vocals and heart stirring lyrics. This is a timeless and radiantly shining gem of an album, which will leave a permanent and moving impact upon any listener's heart and particularly upon any parent's heart whom would never want to experience such loss and pain.

I have never experienced the anguish of a missing child. Thank God, my four children are now contributing adults. Yet with Transcender's album, I get a glimpse through his music and lyrics what it must be like. Two chords are struck in me, heart-break and heart-felt love. suprisingly,the intense quality of the songs,vocals,instrumentation and production quality rises above the title and subject matter from the begining of the first song and remains to the end of the last song.....neil young at his most accesible and powerfull come instantly to mind.this cd is not for the emotionally feint of heart,but its well worth the effort.i anticipate his next cd already.
