About the Artist
The music of WiRTH - Flowers From Pompeii is the four year effort of singer/songwriter John Thomas, veteran of the Philadelphia music community. Originally written while John was living for two years in St. Lucia in the Caribbean, this CD was recorded at Digital Dog Studios in Chestnut Hill, PA over 1999 and 2000. Simultaneously, a band was being put together to perform the material and do additional writing. The band currently plays in and around the Philadelphia area (with interest in branching out) and is looking forward to returning to the studio in the near future.

Band members: Jay Campbell - Guitar
Justin Perkins - Drums
John Thomas - Vocals, piano/keys
