I have always been a Howard Hewitt fan, but it was very hard to find his material. When I recieved the CD, I was estatic. But when I opened the CD and actually played the music I was transported to heaven. I think that Howard is THE BEST VOICE out there today.

"I Commit To Love" was Howard's strongest album. With terrific songs such as "Stay", "Say Amen", "I'm For Real" and "In A Crazy Way", this CD should have been a major crossover hit. Sadly, it fell short of expectations but was nonetheless one of 1986's best urban R&B releases.

Without a doubt, this man has the best male voice in the music business. All you playa and gansta wannabees: THIS IS WHAT TALENT SOUNDS LIKE.

Excellent. There's no other other word to describe this piece and this artist. I was introduced to this masterpiece by the track "I'm For Real" at 13 years old and have been a fan of Mr. Hewett ever since. He's the best artist I've ever heard with a voice so rich it's hard to imagine how he has'nt been given his due and this CD proves what I've just said.

The first of many highly underrated albums by this wonderful artist. He is my favorite male singer and have all of his music. He is truly a R & B legend. But, his best to date is It's Time. It's a hard to find album in the states but, it is worth the price to get it over seas.
