CONVERSATION
Conversation met in 1995 in the Tower, a place where local MCs gathered on a daily basis to cipher. It was at the Tower were the two developed a mutual respect for one another and discovered that they blended well together over hip-hop beats. Deranged with his poetic, hip-hop/rap lyrics blend extremely will with Bump-Bey's rythmic, hardcore street flow. Although each rapper gives most MCs more than they can handle as a solo artist, together they posses a style like no other, one in which they have come to label Hardcore Hip-Hop. As lyrically diverse as they come, Conversation has an awsome ability to implant visual images into any listeners head with their verbal context. Backed by a style created over a seven year period, Conversation has dazzled audiences of all ages. Blessed with two of the most distinctive voices of our era, combined with tangible lyrics and a dominant stage presence, Conversation is like a breath of fresh air in and otherwise suffocation industry. Being born and raised in the center of the country has allowed these rappers the opportunity to listen to every type of music from every region of the nation. This alone has played an intricate part in Conversation creating their universal flow, which is the center-piece of their mass-appeal. Very rarely do you find underground rappers, deeply rooted in Hip-Hop, that have commercial appeal. With that mid-western down to earth personality, it's! only a matter of time before the rest of the world embrace these poets and place them in Hip-Hop history as one of the best groups ever. Rap has a past and a present, and now it has a future and its name is
CONVERSATION!
