Hall is one of the rare musicians who exhudes a true command of his song writing with a natural flair for transparency and honesty. The songs are extremely accessible with dreamy contrasts as mellow synth pads juxtapose with hard edgy beats and cool, cool vocals - Hall is a one of the few remaining writers and performers that continue the tradition of the true melodist and who are not ashamed to share this without it becoming uncomfortable or sickly...the first track is special, a lovely build, great simple chord structures and a nievity of going somewhere new and trying experiencing something for the first time, I recommend you experience this album

What a wonderful treat to listen a new artist with a fresh, different and all the while, mysterious sound. The cello and vocals send you into a deep mellow vibe, with meaningful lyrics and cool beats. Overall a treat to listen to - when's the next album coming out!!???
