About the Artist
Ms. Kopena received a Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Webster University. She attended the Academy of Performing Arts as a student in the Opera School as part of her undergraduate degree and upon graduation was chosen to receive a Fulbright Scholarship for further study in Europe. Ms. Kopena was a winner of the Young Artist Competition sponsored by the St. Louis Symphony. She has performed with the Vienna Academy Symphony, the St. Louis Symphony, the Vienna Philharmonic and the Nevada Symphony Orchestra. She is presently a cantor/soloist for the Diocese of Las Vegas as well as a vocal teacher in association with proVoce Studios.
