Fred's songs are uplifting. They are about you taking control of your life, and not allowing others to take advantage of it because they feel like it. They are about compassion and love between people, the ideals that are reachable, just as one reaches the top in the "Summit" piece of the CD. Live and let live is the driving force of the CD. It is the desire to break free from captivity and standing up to yourself that motivates the female character, with the heavenly voice of Kari Miles, which is so characteristic of such songs as "A New Me." "Accept Me Or Reject Me" asks others to accept the character for who he is. Stand up to yourself! Do not let others take advantage of you! This CD is very uplifting!

I thought many of the lyrics were very autobiographical and fitting for today's society. The musical compostions were excellent and I especially enjoyes the riffs.
