Okay, I got this CD right after they released it so I figured it's about time to write a review right? They are awesome live but if you don't get a chance to see them in person this CD is the next best thing! And it's not one of those CDs where you only buy it for a couple of songs, this is the CD where every song rocks! And yes, if you see me singing in my car you can bet it's Wicked Liz ;-)

This band sounds great..........even better live. I wish everybody could get the opportunity that we get living in the QC to hear Wicked Liz and the Bellyswirls. Not only do they sound great, the band is comprised of four people who just love music and love to play.

WOW WICKED LIZ ROCKS !! I Love this CD. Liz Townsend's vocals are fantastic. Its seldom that you see voice quality such as hers in someone as young as she is. With vocals like this now , the sky is the limit for her ability. As for the Bellyswirls they are all very talented musicians. Leo Kelly , a man who can play about anything you can think of on a guitar and play it well. Bob Kelly on bass and harmony with Liz is like they have been singing together since they were four years old. Greg Hipskin on drums is a very talented young man who I would put up against any drummer that I have ever heard. You would have to look long and hard to put a band of this quality together. Only one thing better than this CD is seeing them LIVE. You know how some bands have a great sound , but when you see them you are not impressed? NOT SO WITH THIS BAND . THEY ARE FANTASTIC LIVE. I say buy this CD and see this band soon!

This is by far the best cd I have listened to in a very long time. What an amazing first effort from this realitivly new band. If you don't have it then you better get one before people say that you suck!!!!!

Melodious! I was prepared to be polite while I was involuntarily subjected to the sum of this CD. Fortunately, my tongue remained without a solitary bite mark through both listenings. Each aria-whilst sounding somewhat like its predecessor-is fresh and resonates with the authentic fervor of the band's potent vigor. And it improved my complexion.
