i remembered listening to this album when it first came out and i always wanted it. the two songs on it are fantastic, i wasnt a big fan of the freestyles on it but they are growing on me. the beats and scratches are what i like the most about it. on song one about 15 min into it there is a kermit the frog scratch that puts a smile on my face every time i hear it. i recommend you buy this if you are into scratch sentences and original beats.

Damd, it will be hard to keep D underground with us for long with excelent records like this. Not only a pleasure to listen to, but an inspiration for us musicians and a road map for the future of hip-hop. A long time favorite of the Seattle scene may finally get his just rewards as the world wakes up to his talent. Listen, check it out and you'll know why I, personally, am a big fan.

In my opinion, this albulm is hands down the best scratch albulm to be released yet. Vitamin D is hip hop's best kept secret.

This is a great CD with alot of different types of music on it. Everything from Jazz and Funk to Hip Hop and Soul. If you want to hear a DJ with an uncanny ear for music, listen to Vitamin D.
