3 out of 5 stars yes you are sexy.......2007-06-13

A trite little single of the one original track on the LOA remix album "Expand Your Head". At first I wasn't too impressed, most of the remixes sound the same with only slight variations. However, this is a catchy little song and the more you listen to it the more you want to dance to it. This is by no means anywhere close to what LOA really sounds like. If you like fluffy little techno songs or are a die hard LOA fan then check it out.

4 out of 5 stars Different but good..........2005-09-10

I have heard a lot of complaints about how this single was nothing like the "good old" LOA from Lust and Voodoo-u. So what's so bad about that???? I actually really enjoyed this track, it is great background music for parties and such.
If you are a fan of the more "traditional" LOA sound and only the traditional LOA sound then this is probably not the CD for you, however, It is well done and almost addictive at times. If you have an open mind about the band taking a creative "risk", then this will probably spend a lot of time in your CD Player.
My only caveat is that even though each remix is a bit different, they are still too much alike to necessitate so many versions of the one song, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. All in all a good buy, especially for the price.

5 out of 5 stars THE LORDS STILL ROCK.......1999-11-26

you people are being greedy. if you were in a band, wouldn't you like to experiment with different sounds? i like this cd a lot, and hello, duh, it was on the austin powers soundtrack. that's what i heard anyway. this new sound is pretty cool if you ask me, anything they do is awesome and kicks a** so quit complaining just cause they decided to crank up the funk.

1 out of 5 stars Wahhhhh!!! My God, what happened?.......1999-07-18

I have every CD and CD maxi single from The Lords of Acid. So naturally i got this cd right when it came out. When i listened to it , it was like 70's funk rock or somethin. It was wayyyy strange. I probably wouldnt recommend anyone getting this unless you are REALLY devoted to them. All i have to say is, PLEASE dont let their whole new cd have all the songs like this one!!!!

2 out of 5 stars Belongs on the Austin Powers Soundtrack.......1999-07-16

Is this the Lords of Acid of "Lust" and "Voodoo?" This reminds me of a recent Madonna song that is on the "Austin Powers" Soundtrack. Shame on the Lords!

5 out of 5 stars A Must have for any Jazz collection.......2005-03-01

Melissa has a voice that almost feels illegal to listen to. It can only be described as velvet ecstasy. If you play this one at a party everyone is talking about it. I have extra copies for friends. If you are a jazz collector this is a must have!
