I wouldn't suggest you attempt you dance to this (though surely some will find it to their taste in this regard), but I find that it's relaxing in the same way classical can be... a very light touch and comfortably flowing transitions (no abrupt jumps here).
It missed five stars from me due to the occasional sense that things just get a little too repetitive. At least one song sounds to me like someone chose the beat off a stock electric organ you might find at grandma's house.
