When it comes to this song I'm a total freak. This is the best song from the "Music" album. The Don't Tell Me singles are the best Madonna singles ever. The cover picture is exquisitely cool and funny, and full of colors. And the Thunderpuss remixes definitely stand out as the best dance remixes for a Madonna song. Extremely well-produced remixes made for the dance floor and all of this without losing the catchiness of the original. The Vission remix, on the other end, is by far the worst DTM remix. Repetitive, annoying and hard to dance to. I won't review any other DTM remixes here since they're just ok, not as good as the thunderpusses. On this UK single part 2, you'll get the radio version of the Thunderpuss Club Mix found on part one. Remember these are NOT available on the regular US maxi-single, which offer a DIFFERENT thunderpuss remix (aka the "2001" one). Confusing? Indeed, to get all of the DTM remixes (including all of the thunderpusses), you have to buy a total of FOUR singles : UK part 1 and 2, US maxi-single (with the video and the thunderpuss 2001), and the Australian single (also with the video, and yet featuring a third exclusive thunderpuss remix and a screen-saver). Don't you EVER tell her to stop!

This UK part 2 becomes harder to find by the minute. I found it in only ONE of my numerous local stores, and it was the last copy.

To correct the previous reviewer - Maverick releases multi-part CD singles in the UK because the UK has horrible chart rules. If I am not mistaken, those rules basically are that there must be less than 20 minutes, and no more than 3 audio tracks.

That said, the TP2K mix is pleasant and catchy enough. The Vission is useless. The original song is pretty classic though.

If you're American, than just buy the domestic maxi coming out 1/16. It'll also have remixes by Tracy Young, Victor Calderone, and a great remix by Timo Maas.

Pt. 1 shines better.......2000-12-28

One wonders what prompts Maverick Records to do these silly things in the overseas market. They never release Pt. 1s and Pt.2s here in the US, but in the UK almost EVERY Madonna single release has two or three different versions of it on CD.

That said, the Pt. 1 CD of 'Don't tell me' is certainly better than this, the Pt. 2 CD release. Thats because Pt. 1 had 'Cyberraga', while Pt. 2 has just the Thunderpuss and Vission Remix (which is not a very good remix, either). I personally think that this is one song that should be left alone, unremixed. Tampering with it only spoils it, as this CD makes evident.

In all S Club 8 is really great! You gotta listen to their voices... something about them makes me love them, I dance to them, I wake up to Sundown in the morning, go to bed to One Step Closer, all in all if your between 10-20 YOU SHOULD TAKE A LISTEN TO ALL OF THEIR CDs! My 16 year old sister loves them, I am 13 and love em' my 10 year old brother loves em'!
