Awesome tracks.......2005-02-13

This CD has three tracks. "Dance Commander (Radio Edit)", "I Am Detroit", and "Dance Commander (Soulchild Extended Night Version)". The radio edit is the version of the song used in the music video. It's basically the same as the album version except the first 30 seconds are a little different and there are more sound effects. The Soulchild Extended Night Version is a pretty groovy remix, much better than the other "Dance Commander" remixes. "I Am Detroit" is a rock song, sounding similar to but better than the Electric Six songs "Vengeance and Fashion" and "Don't Be Afraid of the Robot". Overall a pretty good CD single, mcuh better than the other Dance Commander single. I would recommend this to any Electric Six fan.

Wrong track listing.......2005-04-07

The tracks listed here (Dance Commander, I am Detroit, Dance Commander remix) actually appear on the import version of the CD single (imported from the UK).
The proper track listing is different, as mentioned in the other reviews.
Still a good little tune.

Not that great.......2005-02-13

This single contains two remixes of "Dance Commander" and the original album version. The first track is the Benny Benassi Satisfaction Remix. This remix alright, but first two minutes a bit repetitive. The second track is the Fatboy Slim Dub Mix, which is not very good. The music sounds nothing like the original "Dance Commander", and the words don't go well with the beat. The third and best track is the album version of "Dance Commander". Overall, this single was not that great. I would recommend the other "Dance Commander" single which has the tracks "Dance Commander (Radio Edit)", "I Am Detroit", and "Dance Commander (Soulchild Extended Night Version)".

get your track listings right!.......2004-07-01

All in all i thought that the single was good. But i was suprised to find that when it arrived the CD did not have I am Detroit on it instead it had 3 remixes of danger high voltage. So don't be misled the tracks that are said to be on it are not right. But definately 4 stars. Awsome mixes

Introduced me to Industrial Music.......2003-04-01

I first heard this album about five years ago. Ever since then I've strove to find more of this kind of music. Flash to the present and I now own a CD from each band on this comp, more than one in some cases. A great intro to the genre that I can be proud to recommend to anyone.

A must for anyone!.......2000-12-03

While I was expecting the songs from the actual game, this CD captures the feeling of the game. To be honest it catches the feeling of any flight sim or fast action game. You can play this during any game and it puts you into the mood. 1 of my all time favorite music cds.

WHY???.......1999-07-17

With the exception of Rammstein,this album is a complete waste of money. Whoever put this crappy compilation together took the worst songs of some decent albums (KMFDM for example). I mainly am a fan of electronica and only bought this because it was recommended as similiar to artists such as Juno Reactor, X-Dream, etc. IT IS NOT!!! Yea..It is a biased review but it would still suck even if I was a legit critic with a more open mind.

Great MUSIC!.......1999-02-20

I love this CD, it captures the mood completely. Although, i wish Rammsteins song would have been played in the game! Oh wel! it still Rocks all game soundtracks!

a Techno injection.......1998-10-19

The kind of CD to put on when you need to have music take control of your mind, the title track Prophecy by Cobalt 60 and "Stray Bullet" by KMFDM just explode into your mind. A must have.

Hard, progressive trance. He has good instincts, but could up the tempo a little bit without being confused with hardcore. Enough of the tracks are hard - with dramatic breaks - that I thoroughly enjoy the CD regularly.
