Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars This PRMX is for listening.......2005-11-12

Puffy's first re mix cd, PRMX, would be mainly of interest on the dancefloor. However, the followup, PRMX Turbo, takes a bit of a different approach. The songs are re-constructed into a number of different genres, mainly jazzier or, in the case of "Your Love is a Drug", turned into a psychedelic number along the lines of the Beatles "Strawberry Fields". In other words, this cd works more as a cd you can sit and listen to. I wouldn't say any of the songs are better than the original versions, but it's interesting and fun to hear them done in a totally different style.
Note to Katrina: The 4th track is "Aoi Namida" from "The Hit Parade".

5 out of 5 stars Good Songs........2005-09-21

Puffy has a rep for good remixes. They aren't like those you hear in America where they just add an upbeat. No, this album practically MANGLES (in a good way) the songs. A complete track list follows (named by original song):
1. Boogie Woogie No. 5
2. That's The Way It Is (Korega Watashi No Ikirumichi)
3. Wild Girls on Circuit (Circuit No Musume)
4. Aoi Namida [Yay! I finally figured it out!]
5. Your Love is a Drug
6. Jet Police (Jet Keisatsu)
7. Electric Beach Fever (Nagisa Ni Matsuwaru Etc.)
8. Planet Tokyo
9. Sign of Love (Ai No Shirushi)
10.Yume No Tameni
11. Hurricane
12. Love So Pure
13. Sign of Love (Ai No Shirushi) [Yes, again.]
This is just based off of my listening for the most part, though I'm a nut for Puffy, so it's accurate enough.
