Asteroid #4 - 'King Richard's Collectibles' (Rainbow Quartz).......2004-10-26
Not QUITE as good as their 'Introducing...' CD(see my review of that disc)but, still pretty happening.'King...' is more '60's garage rock-like and 'Introducing...' is more druggy&spaced out.Best described as neo pyschedelia. The tunes that I liked the best are "Apple Street",the more upbeat "Monday Morning Gloom","Queen Of My Dreams" and "Little Flowers".I think there was maybe one tune on here that I didn't like and I would sometimes even set my CD player so it would automatically skip right over it.Should appeal to fans of Transient Waves,Lockgroove,Apples In Stereo and The Flaming Lips.
