Double CD of ambient style tracks that are favourites of the noted Ambient Soho record shop in London.

A great collection of ambient songs, most of which are by artists I'd never heard of before. But I wasn't let down by what I heard.

Of what I did know, 'Collage of Dreams' by John Beltran is my favourite, a real soft techno special.

Tracks by Sandspider really impressed me too.

If you're an ambient techno fan, then this is probably a great collection for you to get hold of.

A smile on your face.......2001-11-27

That's the reaction to the the first few bars of this CD. The tunes are superb (all bar the first one on CD 1 to my mind and a couple of CD 2)- intelligent, phat, layzee and with some really nice use of acid blips and bleeps. Good use of natty samples and world music flavours. Although there are some tunes I consider fair, the overall package is a must for the discerning electronica lover. Insert, lay back and enjoy the sofa trip. Also good for those who like their chilling with a bit of foot tapping and head nodding - top album.

This album is brilliant. The only track that I did not like was the first one (a couple on the second disc are fair). From there on in its blinding - ambient electronica with some excellent acidic bleeps in it - for those who like to chill but with the head nodding and the foot tapping. Also makes use of excellent world music from the far east - simply beautiful stuff - buy it. Whether you want to dance or chill, this will definately take you on a juorney into the depths of your sofa.

An out of print Jazz Fusion album, which includes some Christian songs. Synthesizers and electric guitar and piano. Mostly instrumental material.

Some very nice fast moving cuts, particularly "Technicolors" and "Soho Night".

Worth a purchase if you can find it.
