The songs on this album are great. However, I wasn't prepared for the fact that when it says non-stop, it literally means non-stop. The songs run on together. Some of the songs are not the complete versions. I was disappointed. It is good for dancing, but not if you want to listen to the songs individually.

This album is really for the people who like the 80's dance music. The style of the dance music in 80s is very different form the songs in nowdays. The songs in this album let me remember my days in 80s. Lots of fun and memory. Most of the songs in this album are "classics" of the dance music in 80s. "Tazan Boy", "Call me", "I should be so lucky"... These songs are almost impossible to be found in the market. For 80's fan, this album should be in your collections for sure. For those are not familiar with the dance music in 80s, this album really help you to experience the enjoyment of the dancing music for almost two decades ago. Highly recommend.

2 albums on one disc with a dance mix twist.......2001-09-27

This LP is a combination of the first 2 Fun Factory LPs with a small difference in that each song blends in to make an everlasting club feel. This LP also features 2 mixes heard nowhere else: "Doh Wah Diddy" and a version of "Pain" which has alternate vocals instead of rap. If you have the first 2 LPs, that is cool but if you want a continuous dance party without having to switch CDs - including mixes that are not on the other Fun Factory LPs - I would encourage you to buy the album. You will not be disappointed. This LP also includes a megamix of Fun Factory favorites exclusively made for this CD.

It's amazing how superior the Jive Bunny band reproduces melodies of the past with perfect reproductions including voice, tones, music, and arrangements. I wish they would go on the road to Texas and play live for us all here.

Their albums are sometimes difficult to find.

If they're not ALL retired, I wish they would come to Texas.

You NEED to BUY this!.......2002-03-24

When you purchase a Jive Bunny album, you know the 'artists' appearing on it are just session musicians opposed to being the original artists. Sometimes, this can be a negative point, but not on this album. The singers used on this Jive Bunny album sound so much like who they're meant to be, I had to check the record label to see if it was actually a genuine Motown album.

All the big soul hits from that particular label are featured on this 30-track medley, and I guess if you don't recognise the song titles you'll more than likely have heard the tracks countless times before.

From The Four Tops to The Temptations, The Supremes to The Jacksons and from the Isley Brothers to Martha Reeves and The Vandellas, "Jive Bunny's Sound Of Motown" is really a musical history lesson regarding one of the biggest and most successful record labels ever.

If, like me, you absolutely adore soul music from the 60s (particularly Motown soul), I guarantee you'll love this album. After all, where else can you find all these songs (albeit in a medley form) on such a low-price CD?
