Good sampling, but..........2002-12-09

For some reason they CD producers don't think the US market will want the entire collection and only give us one or two of the actual 3-CD Annual that is produced each year.
Buy the entire UK import Annual if you want to hear it all. Although this CD is a good sample of the great techno/dance/house, the UK one is the one to get!

This Rocks.......2002-10-07

Not sure how the other reviewers missed the essence of this compilation. The whole CD rocks.

Ministry slacks........2002-04-11

While there are some flashes of brilliance in this album, it is compromised by a lack of direction. The 'Tastes so Sweet' mix of Rapture is beautiful, although cut far too short. Faithless, Afrika Bambaataa & Soulsonic, and Crystal Method are all good driving tracks at the tail end of this album. The high point, without contest, is Darude's ripping mix of Rising Star's 'Touch Me'. This is a cut to throw on for the peak... when you find the party is just outside of Barstow with Hunter. That said, then there are all the uninspired tracks in the center of the album. These are more appropriate in an adolescent Brit girl's drawer next to the Spice Girls. For some labels, this would be normal, for Ministry however, it is a dissapointment.

Ministry of Money.......2002-04-04

After putting out CDs like The annual 2000 and all the trance nations, Ministry of Sound has proceded to put out excedingly worse cds. My grammar may be bad but my taste in music is not. I can't believe I wasted my money on this cd. I guess I figured that since it was a single disk it would have been more selectinve in the tracks that were mixed. I'd say 6-7 tracks are good, but all in all it sounds like a big eurodisco. I guess I'll have to continue downloading on Kazaa to keep from throwing my money away.

These other people need to mature in their veiw of music. They are obviously unknowledgable in the world of electronica. If you want a trance album you dont buy ministry. Dont let their skewed veiws and feeble mind-sets ruin your idea of this cd. Check out the hot tracks featured. Listen for yourself!
