I first heard this track At Orlando in a party. La Bomba is the best track of this CD, the others are rather average. Nevertheless, it is good for party. It's worth buying for this !

King Africa in... Quebec?.......2001-04-17

Unlike everyone else who wrote reviews, I did not hear this CD in Spain, but in Québec. As ironic as that may sound, the song "La Bomba" is still quite popular here. It is played on the radio every 30 seconds, yet no one gets tired of it. I had to buy the CD because I love latin music, and it was so much more than I ever expected. If you have ever even thought about liking this type of music, you have to buy this CD. It is definitely worth your while.

Sizzling in Madrid.......2000-11-01

Like "a music fan" in California, I too discovered King Africa while studing abroad in Spain. The track "Bomba" was played every night in virtually every club in Madrid. The lyrics to the song (if you can comprehend the language) instruct you how to dance to the song. Spanish dance music is catchy and exotic. If you are looking for a change from your normal dance tunes, I would recommend trying out this disc.
