    Album Description

Project yourself through the streets of Brooklyn, the deserts of the Middle East, the temples of India, and the hills of Jamaica.

Hailing from the artistic hotbed of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Dub Gabriel has shared the stage and studio with a who's who in Dub, World, Hip Hop, and Electronica: Bill Laswell, Scientist, George Clinton, Public Enemy, Ben Harper, Karsh Kale, Ozomotli, Dr. Israel, Umar Bin Hassan (Last Poets), Jamalski, King Tubby Soundsystem and many others. Dub Gabriel has performed around the world from Miami to Montreal, from Brooklyn to Berlin, the United Nations, Lincoln Center, and Pirate Radio Warehouse parties in Warsaw.

After the critically acclaimed debut, "Ascend," Dub Gabriel has quickly gained the reputation as a member of the next generation of cross-continental, multi-galaxarian, Dub Shaman Bass player/producers in the tradition of Bill Laswell, Jah Wobble, and the late percussionist/producer Bryn Jones, aka Muslimgauze.
