Best Dance mix ever.......2004-10-19

I have been listening to dance music for over 10 years and this album is overall the best House Dance mix cd Ever!

There are a few dull moments on this disc but otherwise its a truly great effort. If you like any sort of progressive dance music, this is for you. Especially songs like Eugenia, Are You Out There, and Runaway. Beautiful stuff. Add that to Rabbit in the Moon, Orgy, etc. You can't go wrong. Probably can be had for $5 dollars as well. Worth checking out!

If the fact that Bolland was allowed to remix Depeche Mode's "Home" and sat alonside Kruder and Dorfmiester on a CD isn't enought o bulster you confidence for buying this CD...well then you just are not living right...dig it!!!

What a Memory Rush!.......2005-08-04

I bought this in DC when it first came out and couldn't take it out of my Walkman for the longest time. I've since bought a used CD copy. The "first side" is superior, up to track 6 or 7; the "second side" goes off on too many tangents to be ultimately satisfying for me. Worth the price alone for "Give It Up" - this song, with its multitracked tribal drums, would raise the dead! Listening to it again brings me back to the early '90's.

When I first put this title in my player, I was expecting some hard hitting Chicago-style ghetto house... The first track is excellent, with 2 & 3 moving a bit too slowly for me... Danny Campbell's "Together" track wore out my finger pressing the repeat button... Aside from a few spots where it sags, this is a classic way to start a party in your house.

Quality trance.......2007-05-09

I found this album at the Navy Exchange in Guantanamo bay Cuba and passed it off as just another crappy mix... I went online read the three reviews here and decided what the hell. This cd is definately a must buy for trance fans. The mixing of tracks is excellent, varying from vocal to instrumental very well. Plus almost all 16 tracks are great. The only ones I thought were weak were tracks 13 and 14. Platinum Trance is a great addition to anyones trance collection.

Featuring a number of solid up front tracks and other less well known numbers, this CD brings it all together on a platinum platter.
Vocal trance is the order of the day here and most tracks fall into that genre. Thankfully they are light, airy songs with a good beat and lovely ear candy. There are no glitz-pop trance songs here. They float from energetic trance to even house beats to serene chill moods. It really is a revitalizing mix.

A solid trance/dance mix .......2006-11-10

I've owned this CD for over 3 months now and have been into Electronica/Techno since 1994. This is a solid trance, vocal trance, dance mix that is good for listening to and 'background' if doing other things. If you are looking for off the hook club mix, this is not it. There are no tracks I dislike, which often there is at least one track that could be left out, not the case here. While it's not an epic compilation, everyone who hears it enjoys it. In the end, this mix leaves me feeling smooth and 'up' and I don't regret the purchase. This is a mix and tracks are not individual on the CD.

This is the best thing to come to mankind besides George Bush.....(if you're Republican that is). But with all kidding aside this is a great album that will absolutely keep you fastened to your seats.

It starts off with a slow beginning and starts to pick up speed to get to the speed and energy of this entire album........yep, the energy is high from start to end.

Some really great songs are Velvet Morning (Aalto Remix), oh what the hell am I saying, they're all great, i have yet to find a mistake in this album. The absolute best song on this album has to be Liberation 2005 by Matt Darey (Darey vs. Woods Remix).

However, be warned, this is a high energy, high speed, trance/techno album. So if you like more slow music, more progressive, or even house, this is definitely not for you.
